This Privacy Policy explains how the All In One mobile application (the “App”) handles your information. It applies to the App published on Google Play by the developer identified in the Contact section below. By using the App, you agree to the practices described here.
A. Local Data (Vault, Notes, Expenses): The vast majority of the App has no user accounts, no analytics, no advertising, and no tracking. All content you create — notes, expenses, passwords, vault files, photos, and reminders — is stored locally on your device only. It is never uploaded to us or to any third party.
B. Cloud Data (College Results): If you use the College Results feature, we collect and store the following public information on our secure cloud database:
This data is securely transmitted over HTTPS and stored solely to provide instant offline caching, historical tracking, and batch/branch ranking features.
The App requests certain permissions only to enable specific features. Each is used solely on your device for the stated purpose:

| Biometrics / fingerprint | To unlock the Private Vault. Biometric data never leaves your device and is handled entirely by Android’s secure system. |
| Photos & files (picker) | Used only when you choose specific files or images to add to the App. The App accesses only the items you select. |
| Run at startup | To restore your scheduled reminders after the device restarts. |
The App lets you create encrypted backup files and export or share content (for
example, sharing a PDF or a backup .aio file). When you use these features,
you choose where the data goes — another app, cloud storage, or a
recipient of your choice. Once data leaves the App through your action, its handling is
governed by the destination service’s privacy policy, not this one. Keep your backup
passphrases private; if you lose them, encrypted backups cannot be recovered.
We do not share, sell, rent, or disclose your information to any third party. The App contains no advertising SDKs, no analytics SDKs, and no social or tracking components.
The App does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children. Because no data is collected or transmitted, the App does not target or profile users of any age.
Your data remains on your device for as long as you keep the App installed. You can delete individual entries within the App at any time. Uninstalling the App permanently removes all of its locally stored data from your device. Since we hold none of your data, there is nothing for us to delete on our end.
We use industry-standard measures to protect sensitive data on your device, including authenticated encryption for the Private Vault and hardware-backed key storage. However, no method of storage is completely secure, and the overall security of your data also depends on keeping your device, screen lock, and vault PIN protected.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, through the App or its Google Play listing. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
